What kind of fish will we catch?
A.
We catch mostly bottom fish including: key west grunts, grouper, black sea bass and mangrove snapper.
Q.
Do I need a fishing license to fish on your boat?
A.
No. All passengers are covered under our recreational charter boat license.
Q.
What’s included in the price of a trip?
A.
Your fare includes everything: fishing license, bait, tackle, rod/reel, sales tax, and parking. You are welcome to bring your own lunch, or purchase lunch onboard in our enclosed snack bar.

What happens if it rains the day of my trip?
A.
Rain does not affect fishing. The boat will go out unless the Captain determines that weather conditions are unsafe. Call the day of your trip to confirm. If you made reservations, we will contact you if the trip is cancelled.
Q.
What do I need to bring for my trip?
A.

Sun block, hat, sunglasses and light colored clothes are suggested for the summer months. Warmer clothes in the winter months.

What should I NOT bring?
A.

Please do not bring the following aboard.

  • Illegal Drugs or Contraband
  • Hard Liquor
  • No bottled beverages, cans only please
  • No electronic navigational devices

Can I bring my own rods/reels and tackle?

Yes. Although, it is not necessary as we provide them for you on board

Can I bring a cooler on board?
A.
We suggest having a cooler in your vehicle to take your fish home. Ice is available on the dock. Feel free to bring a small cooler aboard for your own food and beverages. You are welcome to bring canned beer aboard

What type of payments do you accept?

Cash, money order and credit cards (Visa and Master Card).

Can we keep what we catch?
A.

Yes, providing that they are within legal size and bag limits on all species of which such limits apply.
Florida's Saltwater Fishing Regulations.

What is your boat like?
A.

Miss Milwaukee II is a 70ft. Catamaran that has a 24ft. beam, which gives her a very stable ride under most conditions and is equipped with the latest in marine electronics to help us pin point our target (More fish for you).  She was designed and built for the Gulf fishing, right here in Tarpon Springs.  This combined with the finest Detroit Diesel engines, along with her hull configuration allows her to be one of the fastest if not the fastest vessel for her size in the area.
